Since 1999, Robert has been actively engaged in gold prospecting and procurement in the Yukon area of Canada, with a focus on the historic Cariboo Gold Rush region. His efforts have resulted in the identification and acquisition of high-value gold properties on three proprietary new gold channels. Robert has served as the CEO of Omega Minerals Plc since its inception in 2020.
A prominent member of the American Chamber of Commerce. Early 2008 joined Robert on his quest to restructure gold mining operations in close cooperation with First Nation Tribal leaders. In 2012 Richard became an associate and Asia contact with the Canadian Gold Mining Group. Richard is an Omega Minerals investor. He joined the Board of Directors summer 2022.
An internationally recognized designer, originally from St Albans in the UK, Graham Studied at University of Hertfordshire. Teaching graphic design at renowned UK Universities. Engaged for decades in development of computer design. Worked with Omega developing custom tools minimising environmental impact during mining operations. Joined the Board Dec 2022.

His leadership and strategic guidance will be instrumental in supporting the company’s continued success and innovation.
Martin brings over 35 years of experience in the financial services sector, primarily in product development, capital raising, B2B wholesale distribution and providing solutions for companies seeking to raise capital for various projects, with a focus on funds, venture capital, and private equity offerings. Martin joined Omega in November 2020, and leads the in-house Investor relations and capital raising functions.
Having worked on 3 continents in industries ranging from hospitality, healthcare, housing development, and market research, Thomas functions as a generalist bringing together sales, branding, marketing and operational structuring. He brings his experience to Omega minerals to oversee much of the publically visible material that communicates the presence and progress of our various operations.
