Robert Perlitz - CEO
Darmstadt Institute of Technology, Frankfurt (1972) degree in Electrical Engineering. Sir George Williams University Montreal Canada (1967). London Academy, Cadogan Gardens London (1964). HH ARNOLD High School Wiesbaden Germany (US AIR BASE) (1962). Robert is an accomplished businessman with immense experience and success. Robert’s skill and ability to see trends and act on life changing opportunities has enabled him to exploit and bring projects to profit in the most timely and fortuitous manner. His main areas of success have been Retail Computer sales (1970-1985 Computer Land), Robert financed and constructed the Omega Complex in Frankfurt Germany (1980-1993) and since 1999 has been engaged in prospecting and procurement of gold properties in the Yukon area, Canada heading up Perlitz & Ptn. Prospecting mainly in the historic Cariboo Gold Rush region, Canada identifying 3 proprietary new discovery Gold Channels.
Richard J Walker – Director
CEO | Co-Owner MeridLife Supplement Group (www.meridlife.com), Exclusive California Wine Broker for Costco Asia Warehouses, Asia Marketing Director Koh Coconut Beverages (www.kohcoconut). A prominent member of the American Chamber of Commerce. Early 2008 joined Robert on his quest to restructure gold mining operations in close cooperation
with First Nation Tribal leaders. In 2012 Richard became an associate and Asia contact with the Canadian Gold Mining Group. Richard is an Omega Minerals investor. He joined the Board of Directors summer 2022.
Graham Robert Hiskett – Director
An internationally recognized designer, originally from St Albans in the UK, Graham Studied at University of Hertfordshire. Teaching graphic design at renowned UK Universities. Engaged for decades in development of computer design. Worked with Omega developing custom tools minimising environmental impact during mining operations. Joined the Board Dec 2022.
Stephen Giordano - Non-Executive Director
Mr. Stephen Giordano founded several companies in the photographic industry with customers in 23 countries. His companies managed over 650 white label websites with over 800 million pictures under management. One of his companies Digital Now, Inc. was the first American Company to go public on the Australian Stock Exchange. He coordinated and oversaw the strategy and development of all his companies from their inception as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Commix Inc. where he and his team pioneered the development of high-speed capture of traditional photographic negative images onto diskettes. In 1990, as President of Showcase Technologies, Mr. Giordano, Sr. designed the multimedia database technology that was licensed to Showcase, Ltd., a company that focused on the modelling industry.
Mr. Giordano retired from the US Army at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. During his twenty-year career with the USA Military, he served in Asis, Alaska, Europe, and the Pentagon. During his time in Europe, he managed the largest truck operation in the world, traveling over 33 million miles supporting NATO forces in Central Europe; and while at the Pentagon managed the then $3 billion Spare Parts Appropriation. Mr. Giordano has a double major in Business Management and Accounting and a Master of Business Administration with emphasis in Finance and is a graduate of the Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
