Avenir, as our appointed Registrar, is responsible for maintaining an up-to-date record of who owns securities issued by Omega. The registry management solution that Avenir deliver to issuers and clients is without parallel in today’s market.
An electronic system called CREST allows the nominated participants, so called CREST members – including stockbrokers, custodian banks and, in some instances, institutional investors – to send and receive ownership data in a standardised electronic format.
