London England 25 April 2024 – Omega Minerals Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Stephen Giordano to its board of directors as a Non- Executive Director, effective immediately.

Mr. Giordano brings a wealth of experience in business strategy, leadership, and public company governance to Omega Minerals. He is a seasoned entrepreneur who has founded several successful companies in the photographic industry, with a proven track record of building and managing businesses with a global reach.

Mr. Giordano’s impressive background includes:

• Founding multiple companies in the photographic industry, serving customers in 23 countries.
• Overseeing the strategy and development of these companies, managing over 650 white label websites with 800 million pictures under management.
• Taking one of his companies, Digital Now, Inc., public on the Australian Stock Exchange – the first American company to do so.
• Holding leadership positions such as CEO and Chairman, demonstrating strong leadership and business acumen.

 In addition to his entrepreneurial success, Mr. Giordano boasts a distinguished military career:

• Retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel with 20 years of service.
• Managed the largest truck operation in the world during his time in Europe, supporting NATO forces.
• Held leadership positions within the Pentagon, including overseeing a multi-billion dollar budget.

Mr. Giordano’s educational background further strengthens his qualifications:

• Double major in Business Management and Accounting.
• Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance.
• Graduate of the Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
