The purpose of this update is to provide an overview of recent news and developments with the company, including our annual report and accounts for the year ending 30 November 2021, and also to briefly report on the progress of our teams on the ground in Canada.

Since our last update, there has been good progress on several fronts. First, the copany has published its first full set of audited financial statements. The report and financials are excellent and reflect well the achievements made.

The main activity on the ground continued to focus on our priority zones, with surveying, prospecting and drilling providing the technical and geophysical data for the required exchange-complaint reports. We remain on trach to complete the reports by mid-November
